If I could give Joe Schumacher a 10+ or 11, I would. He not only met my expectations but exceeded it. Our closure deadline was for the 15th and he nailed it on the 13th! It was an outstanding and exceptional job by Joe and his competent professional and tenacious team who always stuck with me, communicated regularly and just beat their competition. First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
The overall process was smooth and communication was great. The only hiccup was with the appraisal coming in late.
