Veterans United Home Loans has an impressive online set up facilitating secure communication and file sharing with loan officers. Their communication style was perfect for us. The loan officer and processor would upload actions into the platform and then email us and text us to let us know that they needed docs, comments, etc. This made it very easy to stay on top of things and keep the file moving along in a timely manner. We also felt that their systemized process reinforced true accountability on both ends and minimized mistakes, which is really helpful when you have as many moving pieces as you do when buying a home or refinancing
