Aaron is a graduate of Ohio State University where he studied finance and real estate during his Navy ROTC training. Since leaving active duty in 2005, he has been a leader in the mortgage industry in the Hampton Roads area. He has specialized in purchase transactions and VA Loans. He and his team understand all of the details that make the loan process go smoothly for everyone involved, and they are here to serve you. Aaron resides in Virginia Beach with his wife and three children.
Alex is a graduate of the University of Missouri where she attained her bachelor of arts in Spanish. After growing up in Wisconsin, Alex relocated to Virginia Beach in 2009 and has been working with Veterans United for the past 11 years. As a team leader, she is extremely well educated about the loan process, and her attention to detail is what gives her clients a great homebuying experience. Alex resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, Ryan, and their two sons.
James is a graduate of Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, where he studied business management, finance, marketing and economics. He and his team have been leaders in the mortgage industry since 2006 and continue to serve Hampton Roads and surrounding areas. In 2008, Ryan graduated from Columbia College with a bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. Ryan spent the first part of his life in Missouri and relocated to Virginia Beach with his wife, Alex, in 2009. He enjoys educating first-time homebuyers about their VA home loan benefits and helping their dreams of owning a home become a reality. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys going to the beach with his family.

As a loan officer, Kevin Warren’s main priority is to provide personalized and friendly customer service to all who walk through his door. He works to select the best loan option for his homebuyers and makes sure he understands each customer’s individual needs. Kevin was born and raised in Virginia Beach and served in the U.S. Air Force prior to his role at Veterans United. Kevin’s goal is to be your personal mortgage consultant for life!
With 15 years of financial, lending and banking experience, Loan Officer Wendy Pulliam is knowledgeable and devoted to homebuyers. Wendy provides customers with the highest level of service and cares about each of their unique situations and schedules. Additionally, she’s a military spouse, so she understands military lifestyle and strives to relate and communicate from an empathetic perspective. When she’s not at work, she’s spending time with her three sons at home in Chesapeake.
Billy Chard is new to the mortgage industry after serving 14 years of active duty in the Navy. He is currently transitioning to the Navy Reserve. With his military experience – he’s moved 10 times in the past 12 years – Billy truly understands the stress involved in purchasing a home as a service member. Billy’s also a past client of Veterans United, so he helps his homebuyers with first-hand knowledge. When he’s not helping veterans become homeowners, Billy is spending time with his family or rooting for his favorite sports team.
Dave Michaud is a loan officer at Veterans United Home Loans of Hampton Roads. He’s been an active part of the mortgage industry for the past 23 years and currently also serves on the Tidewater Mortgage Bankers Board of Directors. Dave is always looking for the best financial solution to his customers’ homebuying needs. He prides himself on providing his homebuyers with top-notch financial direction and guidance during the loan process. Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife of 23 years and his three children, boating and hanging out by the water.
