Great Loan Officer who I'd give 5 stars and no complaints about. The Concierge Chris is useless and his mind is all over the place.

I worked with Veterans United on getting my first home loan and refinancing it. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. We had a great experience working with Veterans United Home Loans. Our journey started back in November 2025 when our first contract with a seller fell through. Working with Veterans United has been an absolute pleasure. Normally, the home loan and home buying process is complicated, confusing, and overwhelming- especially when buying a home from across the country. However, everyone on the VU team was proactive in reaching out and helping me through the process step by step. They even helped me set up home insurance and services, and my lender came to my home inspection so we could meet in person. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a home- they not only set the bar for lenders.... they exceed it!

Purchasing my new home was a great experience, I really enjoyed the home search part and the professional job that Dave and the Veterans United Team did.
