I don’t doubt that my case was a rough one but it took months to close, the VA was not easy to get ahold of. Any time I tried to ask to speak to the person handling my case I was told to file a receipt and that someone would look at it. The communication was terrible. I do not feel like they cared about us it was just another case to the company. No individual communication. I even had to go out of my way to contact people the VA should’ve been talking to because it was weeks with no progress. And sure enough all it took was a phone call to figure out what the issue was. Even after that they seemed to not care about the time and energy it’s been taking my wife and I. Over all very terrible experience. Again, I could’ve been an outlier.
The whole team at Veterans United were absolutely amazing i would recommend any of them in a second this was a great experience for as I was very nervous about making this major purchases they made it so much easier
