He was always available to answer questions. He went above and beyond when explaining the process and any items we didn't understand. He was friendly and courteous. He was also very understanding and patient with me as I have a very demanding job with hours that make it difficult for me to communicate during the normal business day. You're in great hands if James is handling your loan!

I’d like to express my appreciation for how outstanding her role was, particularly her efficiency and dedication throughout this process. Having worked with different lenders, Torie was my go to person for any questions, even after working hours, she was quick to respond and very cooperative. Additionally, the team from VA Home Loan was great to work with, and I look forward to using this lending service again in the future.
As a first time home buyer, going through the home buying process was stressful. The key is to have a good team. Having a team which those people know each other and having experience working with one another is key for a smooth transition throughout the process. A lot of of things were throw out each and everyday. A lot of confusing terminologies were put out. It was helpful that someone like Harry takes the time to txt or call regarding any questions or concerns. He and my agent Melissa Gates helped me and my wife buy our first home. We definitely recommend them.
