Life got hectic on my end during the loan process, and there were stretches where I wasn’t the most responsive — but Kevin and his team were patient and never made me feel rushed or judged for it. Whenever I did reach out, no matter how big or small the question, Kevin was quick to respond and took the time to actually explain things, which eased a lot of the anxiety I had going into a VA loan for the first time.
