Gloria and Alex worked with my busy schedule to get things done in a timely fashion. Both went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything, I was always kept in the loop and they both communicated with me on a daily basis. They made the whole process less stressful.

I loved the fact that I could communicate with the loan officers anytime via email. Also was very impressed that Aaron took time to call me back after hours to explain a question I had. Only reason it's a 9 instead of a 10 experience is I started my preapproval online and never got a call after 1 week. I had to call in and start it over the phone.
