Wendy and Samantha were fantastic, unbelievably efficient and extremely professional. Both went out of their way to ease my concerns at every turn. They spent late hours (well after 2100 hours) working on my application package. Even after closing they have followed up and assisted me when asked. They don’t run once the check is written. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better team than Wendy and Samantha.
I worked closely with Gloria for most of the process. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her help was invaluable.
Every person we dealt with at United Veterans Home Loans was polite, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process. We did have some paper work sent to us which had us worried but come to find out it was for the first house we were interested in.
overall great service with making sure everything was ready for closing. Veterans United was very organized and always sent emails or called every few days to update me on anything updates or changes to the loan.
This was the most frustrating loan process I have ever encountered and this was my second time using a VA loan. If this is how asinine and convoluted this process is, this will be my only and last time to go VA & VU.
I wish there was more contact with me during the process. Called a few time with loan coordinator, and never called back or answered the phone. When I did get something, it was only by email. That was not helpful on the day of closing and trying to find out the cash needed to close.
Wendy and Samantha made the whole process very easy and were a pleasure to work with.
