I had been working with a local credit union refi "specialist" who seemed to know absolutely nothing about a VA streamline IRRRL-Interest rate reduction refinance loan, which requires virtually no documentation. Credit union guy wanted income verification, savings,checking acct statements, stock&bond holdings, last 2 yrs fed & state taxes...none of which is req'd. I knew I was dealing with an amateur. Melissa and Rachel were the exact opposite; KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, TEAM PLAYERS.
