Derek Kriegshauser was incredible to work with. The entire loan process was smooth from start to finish with absolutely zero complaints. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. Communication was clear and timely, and I always felt confident things were being handled correctly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Derek to anyone looking for a loan officer who truly knows his stuff and cares about his clients.
The team that helped me through the home buying process was amazing! I was beginning to think that I was never going to find a home that fit me and that it was not going to become a reality of owning my own home, however, through everything the team that I got connected with was there for me the whole time every single step of the way encouraging me and reassuring me that this was going to happen and it did!! I found a great little place and my team really came through for me to make it mine!!!

Piece milled the process and it was a bit confusing due to the fact that he would ask for something after he just told me we have everything we need this happened 2 to 3 times. Also someone went on and I was unable to get a hold of them for a week
