Those concerned about the time frames of a VA loan need not to worry. I know experiences may vary, but my entire process; from getting my pre-approval was 35 days. That is including things that were out of Veterans United's control. Otherwise the timeframes could have possibly been even less. Thank you again Chrystal Franks, her team, and Veterans United.

Working with the Veteran's united team was great. I think I had 4 or 5 people working for/with me on my purchase. They were all very professional and communicated well to keep me up to date on the progress of my purchase, even when we ran into a few issues with the VA. But my team fought hard on my behalf and worked with the VA to get my loan approved with minimal delay.
My wife and I worked with Veterans United to purchase our first home and really can't say enough good things about it. They are knowledgeable, personable, patient, and incredibly generous with their time. They answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Veterans United itself was great to work with, however, the mobile notary that they used was, in my opinion, kind of unprofessional. During the entire process of signing she was on her phone walking a buyer through a house trying to sell it.
