Aside from being completely satisfied and a huge fan of Melissa and her Team, I did notice that my auto-payment for my old loan still was processed. I assume that was something that I should have stopped through my online banking app but I didn't. Not a big deal - I am sure that the feb payment will be returned to me. I would highly recommend Veteran's United to others in the future - especially if they get to work with Melissa, Rachel, and Torie.

We have purchased several homes over the years and our experience with Veterans United was the best by far. Everyone on their team is a subject matter expert and completely transparent about their part of the process. We also loved their 'homebuyers dashboard' where we could upload documents and check things off of our to-do list as they came up. Communications were top notch and we were never left wondering where we stood in the process. If we emailed or texted anyone on the team, they responded promptly; something that can not be said for big banks and credit unions.
