We have purchased several homes over the years and our experience with Veterans United was the best by far. Everyone on their team is a subject matter expert and completely transparent about their part of the process. We also loved their 'homebuyers dashboard' where we could upload documents and check things off of our to-do list as they came up. Communications were top notch and we were never left wondering where we stood in the process. If we emailed or texted anyone on the team, they responded promptly; something that can not be said for big banks and credit unions. A very good experience! I had a quick close and everything went very smooth. A few things where it felt like I was rushing to do things but I have a busy schedule during the holiday. Sometimes they would want something done the day off during the work day. But overall a very good experience. Would recommend James and team to anyone
