Going into the process of taking out a loan I had absolutely no understanding of what needed to be done. I’m very grateful for the team at Veterans United for assisting me throughout the progress. I am forever grateful for them and helping me buy my first home.
Billy Chard and the rest of the team was great to work with. Billy was friendly, responsive, professional, and provided excellent all around service. The other members of the team were also very responsive and professional throughout the process. They made the mortgage process smooth and easy. A very good experience! I had a quick close and everything went very smooth. A few things where it felt like I was rushing to do things but I have a busy schedule during the holiday. Sometimes they would want something done the day off during the work day. But overall a very good experience. Would recommend James and team to anyone

Great folks…… just a bit to many. I actually got confused on who to reach out to. However it’s better to have more than less.
This is to James, I know times are different with Covid.
However I’m kind of old school…I would have enjoyed meeting him and after. Buy a home is a big deal for some folks. I would have been greatful to have thanked him in person. For me…..getting to thank him at the end of this would have been great.
