Honestly underwriting is stressful with anyone but they made it easy and were on top of it! I also really enjoyed the house warming gift I received in the mail based off of a short conversation I had with one of the staff early on in the process. So cool!!! I was not expecting it!! I overall felt like I was getting taken care of the whole way till closing. Great people over there.
All I can say, is that if you’re lucky enough to get Mike on your team, your experience will be even better. Veterans United Home Loans is seriously the best loan company to go through and they really have your back. They answer your questions and don’t abandon you when you’ve locked in a home and are closing or in that process. They’re supportive and answer all questions quickly and take care of a LOT of things on their end to make your life easier. I will always recommend.
