You aren't just getting a loan when you choose Veterans United, you are getting an entire team that is absolutely amazing. There isn't a better company to choose when buying a home if it's your first or your tenth house. These guys are absolutely incredible! Thanks to the great team we worked with at Veterans United, we were able to finally purchase our dream home! We did the easy part of finding it, but our VU team is the one to make it all happen. We are so appreciative of everything they did for us and wouldn’t have chosen anyone better. Thanks so much for making our dreams come true!
I chose VU because of the name which I found to be deceiving. This company is worse than a lot of other companies that I know. They are not there to help veterans they are there to make money off of veterans. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Ryley Lyons was outstanding always answered the phone and answered any and all questions I threw his way.
Jenny Love on the other hand was the complete opposite would not recommend her to anyone. Never once did she answer the phone or ever called me and waited till last minute on a lot of things.
It was such an easy process! Everyone was helpful and easy to work with.
The team was great, courteous, helpful and responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. Everything was excellent, until it wasn’t. The closing date got cancelled and pushed back. I wasn’t notified and it cost me time and money. Overall I would do business with them again, but be more wary of promises they can’t keep.
Veterans United made so easy to purchase my new home. Everything from pre-approval to closing. They so many helpful service that helped to save me thousands .
