This was the first time my family went through the process of buying a house, veteran's united staff made it not only go by smoothly but also were very welcoming throughout the process
Veterans United did not communicate with us. They communicated with our realtor instead. We never receieved all documents from realtor. Realtor lied at closing.
Realtor communicated with Sellers realtor instead of us. Realtor asked us to sign document stating we are being represented by her. When we received document to sign we could not read it but it hopped to each sign spot and we signed. We did not know we were paying her commission till closing.

This team did great and made this whole process easy. The communication was always there when I had a question and when I need to provide stuff for the process. The to do list on the app was so helpful and kept me on track.
