This was the most frustrating loan process I have ever encountered and this was my second time using a VA loan. If this is how asinine and convoluted this process is, this will be my only and last time to go VA & VU.
I wish there was more contact with me during the process. Called a few time with loan coordinator, and never called back or answered the phone. When I did get something, it was only by email. That was not helpful on the day of closing and trying to find out the cash needed to close.
It was a bit challenging signing documents while stationed in Italy. Not that it is anyone's fault in particular but had I known this I might have made the trip to sign final paperwork. Maybe just something to recommend to your future customers.
Very quick in responding and informing of what needs to happen. Explain things 100 percent so that you understand every step of the way. Beat everyone else's rates. No one could compete with them.
