I don't know where to begin, from my first contact with Mr. Walrod I knew we were in good hands . We had some work to do and he turned us over to K. d. Bartelt who took excellent care of us and guided us to where we needed to be, Then Tory Smith and Ashley Royea took over and brought us home. I had an opportunity to use the lenders finance team with closing cost assistance but chose to stay with James and his team because I trusted them and believe me that was that best decision that I have made to date. I can't say enough about Veterans United and the Walrod team. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
