Even though things got a little hectic and crazy at times we knew we could count on Kevin and his team to be there for us. Love these people.
The group I worked with at Veterans Untied were some of the most professional and helpful people I have worked with it quite some time. I am not one that writes reviews very often and I try to stay short and to the point. But I could fill pages with all they had done getting my wife and I into the house of our dreams.
Being first time home buyers with no idea about the journey we were about to take we could not have had better guides, from the initial bid to the closing someone was there every step of the way, I really can't put into words my gratitude for helping my family be able to now have our first and forever home. Buying a house can be stressful but everyone was so responsive and helpful that my home buying experience was easy.
My favorite part was the checklists. Everything is laid out for you step by step with no confusion.
Very efficient.
As for the rest of the crew. They were also huge helping hands in walking me through the steps and explaining things I may have missed or misunderstood. They were precise, lenient and persistent which was exactly what I needed to get through smoothly. So thank you guys!

I've had mortgages with many other companies over the years including Navy Federal Credit Union, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Some have been terrible, some have been ok and some just didn't communicate. Veterans United is none of the above. Would recommend again and again.
