James and his entire team were extraordinary! They provided excellent service with constant communication and updates making the house buying process easy. Even with my inconsistent work schedule and limited availability they found ways to make it work taking all the stress off of me. I would recommend James and his team, 10/10 was an absolute pleasure working with them!
Overall smooth process. Just not happy with my rate and the cost out of pocket to buy it down when I could have locked it just a week earlier for cheaper.

Some help going into the stupid small stuff about the portals on how to pay and who to pay for monthly mortgage would be amazing other than that small piece everything was great the people really dropped everything to assist me and answer my questions when I had them
