Again, all members of my team performed outstanding and answers all of my questions as well as accommodating whatever needs I had throughout the process.
Some help going into the stupid small stuff about the portals on how to pay and who to pay for monthly mortgage would be amazing other than that small piece everything was great the people really dropped everything to assist me and answer my questions when I had them

Outstanding experience with the whole process. Made purchasing our first home go smooth and all involved were knowledgeable with all my questions and concerns.
I also feel that too many staff members are trying to work from home instead of being in the office for the customer and that was part of the communication breakdown and confusion during the loan process. I have other friends whom are veterans that have stated they have had the same problems with the Virginia Beach office and would not be using them again. The staff were very friendly at all times with us but the communication process was the biggest problem !!
