Excellent communications via text, email, and phone. Questions/concerns were answered in a timely manner.

The whole experience was smooth as far as I know since it was my first hose buying experience. Tasha Dockery was the best. She was so nice to talk to on the phone, even when I'm asking a bunch of questions and I don't understand a word she is saying. She was very patient.
