Overall excellent mortgage company employees displaying their knowledge and expertise in financing, processing, closing loans and guiding customers step-by-step throughout the process. This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. He even got us additional money back at closing.Jaclyn was also amazing, efficient, and always available.
