This is my second time using veterans United and I would recommend them to anyone who asks and will use them again during my next home purchase
First time home buying is definitely not for the faint of heart, but with the right people in place, they can make the process not as overwhelming as it seems. Everyone from our loan agent to our real estate agent had a hand in making sure we understood everything fully and that nothing was left out. We definitely appreciate all the effort of everyone!
I had a great experience working with Veterans United! Their online portal was very straightforward and extremely easy to use. Every document required had a brief explanation to clear up any confusion and if I still had questions, the team helping me through the process were always quick to reply. I had a very unique situation coming into this and Veterans United was more than happy to take on the challenge and help me get into my first home. I can't recommend them enough!

We were absolutely disgusted with our old mortgage lender. Within 5 minutes of our consultation with Veterans United, specifically Melissa Kunkel, we felt such a sense of relief. Our sense of stability is renewed. Thank you for your professionalism and care!
This feedback has nothing to do with the team themselves, it has to do with the amount of paperwork required this time compared to the previous two homes we've purchased. Was there a change in the law? I felt that there were way more "to-dos" this time around which became frustrating toward the end.
I can't say enough about the quality of work that Veterans United offers. They go beyond explaining and helping you understand the process of everything pertaining to your loan, and they keep reaching out to you, ensuring that you are always taken care of.
