Bob Doran was very helpful throughout the process. He helped make sure all paperwork and property condition was in order prior to funding.
2nd time working with phil, fast and smooth process.One thing I would recommend is (not on phil, more on overal checklist for the loan process) there being a lock in your rate step. I forgot to do it and honestly don’t know how to do it and my rate went up 4 points 2 days before closing. Not very cash money but I should have caught it and asked about it earlier.
