Well,The entire efforts on everyones part were GREATMy Wife and I were wqewll pleased with the constant ability of the problems on the Sellers side we encountered resulting in our first home of choice not actualy being available for the purchase due to legal problems on their part. But we found another and Veterans completed the changes necessary and ensured that our second effort was changed in a timely and proficient manner and we are now in our HOME. Wendy was great I had inquired about becoming preapproved almost 6 months before we were ready to buy a home. The approval process helped to establish a budget for our first home. I don't know how people buy homes without a VA loan. Seems astonishing.
