They were fantastic, we relocated on short notice from MA to VA and had a very small window of time to find and complete a home purchase, everyone there went above and beyond for us.

James was awesome this is my second time going through him and veterans united both times were a great exsperiance. Especially for someone like me who has a million questions and he was always there to answer them.
Initially everything was excellent. However closing was delayed because it seems like one document was ordered too late, despite being under contract for almost 2 months. This was very inconvenient for me and the seller. Overall everyone was very kind and helpful. I appreciated the weekly updates on the underwriting process. But in the end the delay was disappointing, and something that could have been prevented.
The process was very painless
Alex Brown and Gloria Davey were great! They answered all of my questions and always let me know what I need to do next and what to expect. We even closed as scheduled which seems like a rarity for other places.
