Our experience was great! I really got the feel that the whole team was working to get everything done. James was very friendly and professional throughout the process.As far as constructive feedback, the only real negative we experienced from your office was a hiccup at our closing, there was a small typo on all of the documents (name spelled wrong) which led to over an hour of delays while the lawyer tried to get the loan office to fix the typo. After a long wait, inexplicably your team was not able to fix it, so we just proceeded with the documents with the mistake on every signature page. I would ask that the Loan office work on whatever procedure is in place to respond to last minute problems like that at the closing.
