The confusion, unorganized chaos made it a miserable experience. The loan processor was inadequate in preparing my loan for underwriting. The loan fell through the day before closing because after a month they didn't realize I was a contractor. That should have been seen first week.

This process was made very easy. All you had to do was upload the documents straight onto the website and it was taken care of. We could do it at our own pace and it was very clear what was needed. When I uploaded the wrong document, it was clarified quickly and easily. Everyone was very professional, friendly and efficient. Buying a house was made very easy!
