I couldn't ask for a better team that was selective for me. Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. No pressure, professional to the 100 power! The rating doesn't explain the ease that they made me feel. 10 out of 10 is too low. They deserve a 20 out of 20. Thank you for an excellent experience.
All my life I’ve been told no. “No you can’t do this no you can’t do that”. This has been the first time in my life where every single person I came across in this process has told me yes. I will forever be grateful for everyone who played a part in the biggest thing that’s happened in my life. I would certainly recommend Veterans. James was great. I finally got to meet him at the closing and it seemed like we knew each other for a long time. I have been in the Customer Service field for several years and have built many great relationships. I feel he did the same with me. Hopefully we can still stay in touch in the future.
Buying a home from Different Duty station is challenging. It is stressful and requires alot of communication. Even though we were able to close on time , a lot issues and missed communication happened that raised concerns with out purchases. Like I mentioned this is my second time utilizing Veterans United and I would do it again if I have to. However I will like to see better communication with our loan team.
