Outstanding service and help.
The whole team was excellent.! They all worked diligently to make things happen smoothly.
It was a great transaction, and Brett was easy to get a hold of when I needed to talk to him.

The website was easy to access and navigate, and having everything automated made the process smooth, allowing me to work on my time line, and get it done as soon as I'm able.
Everything works very well and smoothly. We had no issues from the start to the end. Really recommend Veterans United!
Veterans United will be the anchor - the rock - that maintains your excitement in buying a home. Home buying, to me, was an experience that could have been ripped from the script of Dante's Inferno, somewhere near Limbo. There was so much uncertainty, but Veterans United personnel, like Chad, Ryan, and others which were equally helpful, assured me that the train was on the tracks, and headed in the right direction. Heaping praise on them is nice, but what is truly important is to know that they are highly trained, and very good at their jobs! Trusting them is all that I needed to do in order for the weight of the experience to be lifted from my shoulders, and for joy to be the dominate force. When Veterans United pairs you with a professional, that person is there to serve veterans like like you, me, and in at least one case, their selves. I am currently moving in to my new home, thanks to Veterans United and their team. A special thank you to my realtor, Ceci Bonneckson as well.

Best purchase experience ever!
it is really hard to connect my financial accounts on vu portal
Veterans United made it so easy to buy a home, forever Thankful’
Highly recommend
For me, I had a ton of questions! I had and still have, no idea of what the mortgage world is all about. But my biggest dig, is the restrictions. I’m moving from NH to OH. NH is my home and always has been. My friends and family are here. And now, because of demanding circumstances and the massive restrictions both the VA and VU has, makes hunting for a home virtually impossible. Especially when you’ve got barely 170k to work with. Y’all need to lower your restrictions, especially towards those that are more than willing to fix up a home. Which btw, the VA allows you to purchase a home that needs some basic repairs. Where VU does not. And at the end of the day, it’s all about money. For me, that was a major issue for me, because I am very skilled and handy. A little chipped paint isn’t going to be a deal breaker for me, for people like me, we look at it as “sweet, I’ve got something to do and I can provide my personal flavor to MY house”!
My loan team and Realtor were all successional sensational
