The list goes on....Kayle deserves a shout out as much as any! I had issues with my smart phone, she assisted....I had good, and dumb questions....she was there, ready to answer the call. The final days, as closing approached....I sensed that I had EXACTLY the right type of people on my side! Low and behold....everything went off without a hitch. Has able to close a couple days early....and once you all heard that was my wish, you flexed and we made it happen! Now, the Huber's a safe and sound, in our new home...happy that we chose Veteran's United! Thank you all so much for doing what you do, the way you do it. Melissa was amazing. She was responsive to answering our questions in a timely manner. She communicated well and was super informative. She gave us several options and educated us on our loan options. Melissa was great! However, I did attempt to reach out to Rachel towards the end of the home buying process, and found she was not responsive in answering my questions and concerns. Overall, our process was stress-free and went smoothly. I would highly recommend to any military families. Thank you!
