I have to take a moment to shout out Laura Conlin. She kept me informed throughout the whole process, even after the pre-approval was done and she had handed my file off, she was still willing to answer questions that I had and help me in any way possible. She anticipated anything that underwriting may have wanted from me so that I was prepared for anything that could come up and really took the time to explain the process to me. Aside from her professionalism and efficiency, she was also a great time to work with! She had nothing but positive things to say about everyone that handled my file, Veterans United, and the approval process. I will be using Veterans United again because of her!

I gave 10 out 10 because of Kevin Warren and Chris coker. They were extremely helpful at every point of the process. I did not find Tasha Dockery helpful and as well as my agent had problems with her. If I need to explain in detail feel free to call me anytime at 757-777-5206. If it wasn't for Kevin I would not have closed on the original date I was supposed to.
If you want an easy process, this is your team. While being separated by six time zones we were treated as if we were right down the street. Justin and his team were always there to answer everything we needed and never made us feel as we were just another customer. Would recommend his team to anyone who is serious about wanting a smooth buying process.
Melissa's entire team was simply the very best. Tori was always responsive and pro-active. Rachel shepherded us through the loan approval process so smoothly I hardly even knew it was happening. Both Tori and Rachel reached out to me directly whenever they thought they could be helpful, and they always were. Every aspect of this transaction was handed professionally and personally.
