Overall everything was smooth throughout the whole process with each house I looked at. They were quick with getting back to me on numbers and excellent communication with questions and deadlines. Thank you for the help. I had no problems.
Veterans United provided me with outstanding services. my senior loan advisor Billy Chard is amazing, and I enjoyed working with him and his team. He made my first home buying process astonishing; it was the most incredible experiences I ever had. he made the process very simple and easy; Billy is very kind, friendly and a true professional, he made sure all my questions were answered promptly in a very timely and professional manner. he was always there when I needed his assistance. The only thing I wish I would have had is a breakdown of how to make my mortgage payments when I went to close, while it’s not that big of a deal and I will call and get the info, it’s nice to have it on paper when you close so nothing slips your mind.
For our first time buying a home, the team really carefully walked us through everything helped us get a lower APR and was available for all questions and guidance. When we needed an email of inspection/repair invoice everything was instant and it showed us how committed they are to making this as painless as possible. This is all through remotely purchasing this house since we couldn’t be there in person my girlfriend and I are extremely happy with the experience and very excited to move in!

The whole team was patient as I went on deployment and when I returned we where able to pick up right where we left off. We where able to get a home purchased in a difficult market.
I am pleasantly surprised at how professional the entire team is at Veterans United. I truly feel like they care about their customer base! I've never worked with VU in my prior mortgages. However, I will definitely seek them out again the future.

I am so appreciative of James and his whole team. They were quick, patient, responsive, and very helpful! I could not have asked for a better, quicker, or smoother process!
Everything went great. The only thing I would mention is that the Power of Attorney that was needed could have been could have been addressed sooner. I do not believe that this was the lender but communication between the Realtor, lender, and attorney to make sure these things are not being done last second would have been a little smoother. Other than that everything else was extremely professional and I was very impressed with service that was provided

I’m glad I used a VA loan instead of a conventional, FHA or physicians loan as my first mortgage loan. The process was seamless and my team explained the fairly complicated process of financing a hike purchase. Will utilize a VA loan again in the future
