The team was constantly on top of every issue. It made for a very smooth home buying process. We had small hiccups that were handled within the day the happened and barely effected the process at all. I'm glad I got the team I did, couldn't imagine having anyone else work this process.

Communication was excellent, and whenever I had questions they were quick to respond and explain what was needed. The online checklist was especially helpful. It made it easy to keep track of documents and understand what steps were coming next, which made the whole process feel organized and manageable.

I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.
