Our team consisted of multiple people including but not limited to Logan Nicole Mike Eric and Veronica. Their teamwork together was impeccable on getting things done. Eric was the first person I spoke to, he put me in touch with Nicole. Nicole called me within 10 minutes of talking to Eric. I spoke with Nicole and informed her what my wife and I we're looking for. In short after 3 months of diligence she gave us exactly what we were looking for and in our price range. She was patient and accommodating. Veronica touched base multiple times ensuring that we were satisfied with the entire process that had to with Veterans United. Logan was always calm cool and collected when speaking with him. He never stressed about anything and was always on point with the information he provided. When I met Mike over the phone he played the perfect accent to Logan. The concierge Function was new to me and so very helpful. Great idea. The loan coordination was very user-friendly and greatly helped keep the process going in the right direction at all times. It was a team effort and I have only positive things to say about each member of the team. They did a great job.

Overall, the whole team was absolutely AMAZING!!! We would not have been in our new home before Christmas if it wasn't for them. Rich and Jenny went above and beyond to make the finance part of it go smoothly and have us in within 15 days of going under contract. It is possible!

Cierra was amazing and really went above and beyond for us. The concierge was not really needed and my loan officer decided that a week before closing it was a good idea to leave and got on holiday. Again Cierra was awesome, but our loan officer, Joe, was disrespectful and dishonest to both of us.

First home he battled to help us get through a negative situation and promised If it falls through he would take care of us and he did. Second home he was checking in almost daily to see where everyone was at in the process. Me and my wife only had to follow his lead. Even our realtor said she wish he was in her field cause she would hire him off of his tenacity!!! We love RYAN and oh he provided little gifts each month throughout the whole process. BEST EXPERIENCE through a difficult and gruesome process.
