Jon and his team were truly outstanding from the beginning to the end. I appreciated the quick and accurate responses to all my questions. When I didn’t understand something, they explained the answers so I could understand. I have purchased several homes, but the service I received from Veterans United is above and beyond all others.
Process was fairly easy, website is great! Getting docs to this team is as simple as it gets. Very efficient, communicative and great at getting on top of things. Had lots of questions after initial disclosures but Joel and Brenda handled things like champs. I'll use them again when rates fall enough for it to be worth it. Keep my mortgage guys it'll be worth it!
I looked into them over a year ago but they don't do construction loans. They continued to reach out and see if I was still interested. I thought the other mortgage company was going to be good but they started to act dumb, passing off issues to others in the company and didn't know how to do their job. Made the switch and it was not only easy but very transparent. If I had questions, they responded immediately and if they didn't have the answer they let me know but they also worked to get it. It was a small team but very efficient. Can't sing the praises enough.
Matt & his team Logan & Alex went above & beyond! They were able to close on my new home 7 days earlier, in time for movers to get me in before holiday weekend! Robert Keeley was also very good. He was very patient with all of the communications and all of the checklist processes. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me.
