The only gripe I have is the to dose. I had to keep getting on the portal and there would be to dos. I never knew they were there unless I missed emails or something.
The whole team was great to work with. Very caring people that really do want to help you get into your new home. They definitely do whatever they can to help you through the whole process.
I've always pushed for the "human" factor in finance. Not the the emotional factor. Recognizing the difference between helping and enabling. John and his team seem to have located that algorithm. I was extremely impressed with tolerance, knowledge, willingness to communicate and above all. The human approach that was administered. I have nothing but praise for process there at VU. Thank you all for being really good at your jobs. It is appreciated.

Robert Keeley was also very good. He was very patient with all of the communications and all of the checklist processes. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me.
