For a first-time homeowner Veterans United made this process easy and seamless, when I thought would be a stressful and complicated experience. They explained everything and walked me through every process, checked in on me and reminded me of what needed to get done in a timely manner. They even set me up with fun activities in my area and will assist with quotes for insurance, security and movers.

Mark Manos was the BEST I could have dreamed of! He was always attentive and I’m a type of person that has a lot of questions and he was always just there for me answering and explaining things. He would check in along the way and always give me updates. I never really had a call to ask questions to find out if something had gone through or paperwork wise. He was also very patient. This was like a two year process where we were watching the numbers and making sure we record and saving our money and he never acted like I was a waste of time or that he was in it just for an ethical reasons. He’s definitely a good person inside and out.! And I am very much looking forward to doing business with him again.

I was very happy with everyone that I worked with at Veterans United except for Landon. Landon had many troubles getting back with me about questions that I had during the process of buying a home. I would text and call and he would take days to respond, and then respond only after I spoke with my realtor about his complacency. Landon was also pushing hard to get the "closed sale" when I had explained several times that I would not close until the repairs were done.
Overall, I would still highly recommend Veterans United.
