As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. So far my only issue is the Title Company. I wish I would have been given the opportunity to use the Title Company in my city. I feel like the one used is slow with releasing funds and I called them and had to leave a message but have not recieved a return call.
With that being said, I highly recommend my loan officer Kelly Bivens. This is the second time she has helped me with a VA loan and the process went very smoothly both times. Melissa S was also extremely helpful. Thank you again to both.

Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). Veterans United made the process simple and my loan officer, Rachel was outstanding! Made the process simple. Clearly communicated every step of the way.
