This was truly the best experience I have ever had with any type of loan. The team that I was supplied with made sure that everything went off eithout a hitch. Working with me to ensure every problem that came up and every questions asked was taken care of quickly and with extreme professionalism. I truly cannot thank them all enough and would/have recommend(ed) them to every single military person I know or meet coming to the area. I have heard so many horror stories about home buying and I have nothing but good things to say about all of it!
Harry was so amazing! He was always there for us- on nights, weekends, vacations! Always there to answer our questions or work with our realtor/finance advisor to keep things moving! He even came all the way to our closing to be there in person to be able to provide support and answer questions! He made our life easy and was very trustworthy! We are so thankful to have had him be a part of us getting our dream home!
The team was absolutely awesome for most part. I was in the process of PCSing from overseas, I was in school a lot was going on. But the team made me feel at ease on how not to worry.However, certain things I wish I knew while I was applying for the loan. For example that I will need to pay the small debt, which could have help me prepared better. I was under the impression the oaing cost that's all I need. It juts a lesson learn for me. Next time I need to anticipate those unforseen circumstances.

I would give Harry and 11 but that is not an option!
He legitimately answered all of my stupid questions that I had at any point of time during any point of the day. If I didn't understand something he would explain it to me in a way that was both professional and educational. I literally learned so many things about money and financing from Harry that I didn't know. One thing that I really appreciated was that he over estimated how much I was going to need cash to close, I've had other lenders that have drastically under estimated how much I needed and I had to scramble for funds at the last minute because I don't have like 5k laying around.( there was almost some furnature moving in that office that day).When I first started working with Harry, he wanted to know what my lending/ payment goals were and worked some type of lending wizard magic to not only meet all my goals but exceed them.I seriously appreciate Harry because of all the hard work that he and his team did, I don't have to strip on the weekend and my family is not eating bologna sandwiches and Ramen noodles for dinner.I would recommend Harry to everyone not only as a lender but as like life coach or emery contact. He is amazing would 100% go to jail for him (county not like prison prison) !
