Got a great rate and my loan officer really pushed for my closing to get through in a timely manner
Changes in amount due at closing were frustration. In the end I was on my way to the closing with cashiers checks valued at more than was necessary to close having received an update just two hours before my closing appointment

I appreciated the electronic document review and signature process but the nickle and dime process was inconvenient and annoying for $3500.00.
