I approached Veterans United questioning their ability to compete with the options and rates of the "big bank" lenders. I now question the big banks' ability to compete with any facet of the specialized, individual service I received from my Veterans United team. They know their business and live in the area, approaching your loan with the perspective of a future neighbor. The process was a continuous conversation in which they actively participated, and I learned to assume that they were available. They have converted the laborious paperwork process into easily managed electronic media. Their flexibility and personal management made closing a breeze.
