I didn't give a ten because this was my first home and cannot compare my experience with other transactions. Overall I am satisfied with my experience. My wife absolutely loved the floor mat that was sent as a house warming gift.
The team was great. They worked hard to get our loan done on time even when our realtor didn't. They were responsive and kind through the entire process

It was a bit much at first dealing with multiple people once we decided which house to go with. Once we understood the role of each person it became a bit easier. I would reccomend explaining that up front so it's not so overwhelming.

Alex Brown was exceptional. This was my first home purchase and she made it as smooth and painless as could be. I experienced none of the horrors people warned me about.
