Wendy and her team was exceptional. She was professional, patient and knowledgeable. Would definitely use her services again.
I would like to see a more distinguished plan for setting closing dates in order to aid homeowners caught in a similar situation as ours with a simultaneous selling and buying. It was always difficult to determine who or what was necessary to determine what day we were supposed to close for both properties.
