The whole team helped me to reach this goal! Starting with getting my credit to where it needed to be. Kinsey was awesome. She told me what to pay, what to say, who to call. Once I was there I was preapproved. I was asked for many documents and was able to provide it all. I actually went to the office and met Tasha and James. Extremely helpful with the processing and great communication with James my loan officer! I made it to the end. it was a bit tough but they all made it go smoothly for me. I can't say thanks enough!
