I had an amazing experience, the entire staff were friendly and helpful. Wendy and Sam were more helpful than i could ever imagine, they made the process smooth and painless for me. I am extremely happy with the entire process.
All good things to say with one exception: there were several times that I would receive e-mails to e-sign loan documents without being informed of the changes that were made. This made me weary of what I was signing/required to sign, and provided an added stress to the home buying process.
Veterans United made our experience positive. Regardless of the enormous amount of documents and paperwork and signing required, we were not stressed at all. We felt very confident with the service.
