Working with Veterans United was a great experience. Every member of our team was extremely polite, reached out often, and answered any questions we had. We are first time home buyers, and we had so many questions which were answered with kindness. Great to work with. Made first time home buying very easy and simple with great resources and a great team. They have a great starting place for home insurance and other quotes, which was helpful when comparing rates and premiums for similar services.

It was very easy and smooth process, all the team work so hard and quick for you .The entire process was easy and paperless, the documents that was requested was easy to get, non crazy requirements. There were a lot of communication a long the process.
Just to summarize it was enjoyable!
Veterans United looked at me as a veteran, and not another number to tally. The process was explained to us by Mr. Miller in simple terms and he was always there for us via phone call, text, or email. Our questions and concerns were answered and addressed appropriately and in a timely manner.

I can’t say enough good things about Veterans United. From start to finish they treated me like family. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them to any homebuyer.
I really enjoyed using veterans united, Melissa and her team were very helpful in working with me during deployment. I think especially with first time home buyers if you could offer some kind of short document explaining briefly what the entire home process is going to be and explaining what some things are can alleviate a lot of questions a first time home buyer might have, I tried to due deligence myself but they’re was so much information that it was a little difficult, I think offering some sort of template with explanations of processes and even definitions of lending terms that not everyone is familiar with would be extremely beneficial to a first time buyer, I hope this could be used as some constructive criticism thanks for your help
