Being a first-time homebuyer (and now homeowner), I had no idea what to expect or even how the most basic of procedures worked in this field. My VU team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional from the get-go, and how they worked so hard for me is beyond any praise I could ever give. I am completely satisfied!
A fantastic team. My only complaint - a personal preference - is the rather large team which is sometimes hard to keep track of after so many calls and/or e-mails. I understand it helps James and his team be more efficient and the reason I will continue using and recommending this team is the personable and professional nature of this group. I caution having too many hands in the cookie jar, lest those traits become diluted. But AGAIN - great team. You couldn't be in better hands and I understand some folks will like the added team members.
