Superb service from the entire Veterans United team! It’s been a tremendous journey throughout the home buying process and I couldn’t do it without their help. Veterans United is a wonderful company. This was our first time purchasing a home and we’ve only ever heard horror stories about the whole process, Veterans United and our Realtor Edward made everything so smooth and easy for us it was amazing! Definitely going to recommend them to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a home.
The underwriter interrogation of where the funds for closing came from was rather tedious and somewhat insulting. I must not understand the scope of money laundering schemes in existence but it was rather ridiculous.
As a first time home buyer, there were a lot of things I didn’t know went in to buying a home. James and his team broke everything down for me and explained everything along the way. They really worked with me and made the process easy for me. Now I’m a homeowner and I couldn’t be happier.

Overall, a great and easy experience. My only gripe was that we didnt know the final closing cost number until the day before closing, so we were stressing about the wire going through in time. But, it all worked out. Melissa and her team at VU were amazing. Jay and Breland were also super awesome.
