This was our third home/mortgage closing and was the most disappointing. The home was built in 96 days and closing was delayed by 3 bus. days and 5 actual days due to poor planning on company's part. I cannot in good fait recommend after seeing this.

Once the building was coming to a close I would say VU did a great job of getting everything together for closing. The only thing I would have liked would be to deal with fewer people. I started talking to Ryan, then Johnny, then finished with Alex.

I AM NOT PLEASED - since getting my mortgage, I have been getting a none stop stream of junk mail. Not happy with that part. LOAN OFFICER = GREAT. JUNK MAIL = NOT PLEASANT.
