The site for digital review/signing documents would not let me sign back in after logging in once. This was frustrating on two occasions when I could not get back in to access and complete the process.
We had a few hiccups with our loan process which caused us to miss out on a house due to us not having received the full information up front on where we could purchase our home, but the issue was resolved in a very quick and respectful manner. We ended up with a wonderful home in the end so it all worked out great!
Up until the end it was good when we went to close the screwed up big time we had to push are date back two days and then they out my wife's name on the paper work at closing at no time was my wife's name on any paper work it was just a huge inconvenience for all parties involved
I ask what I wanted in a loan and they help me out with no issues

I didn't give a ten because this was my first home and cannot compare my experience with other transactions. Overall I am satisfied with my experience. My wife absolutely loved the floor mat that was sent as a house warming gift.

It was a bit much at first dealing with multiple people once we decided which house to go with. Once we understood the role of each person it became a bit easier. I would reccomend explaining that up front so it's not so overwhelming.
