The loan process was as smooth as it could've been. Being 1099 I heard financing was difficult but they walked me through this new experience very well

Always professional and personable and the experience was a painless as possible. Little snafu with closing but we were rushed and that was not completely unexpected. Would do it again!

I AM NOT PLEASED - since getting my mortgage, I have been getting a none stop stream of junk mail. Not happy with that part. LOAN OFFICER = GREAT. JUNK MAIL = NOT PLEASANT.

Alex was extremely friendly and very helpful. Without her explanation of the process and all of the paperwork, the closing process would have been very stressful. Because of her, the process was easily understood and painless.
